    No matter how you slice it, a 500lb or 2,000lb bomb loaded with tritonal dropped into a neighborhood is fucking shit up, no matter how accurate.

    And they significantly tightened ROEs around 2006/7 which resulted in a huge cut in unintended casualties. The Hellfires that drones shoot only have about a 20-lb. warhead.
