With Lowe and Yankoff within a week of each other Lubick is obviously a recruiting machine who isn't limited to just going after WR's. I can't remember us hiring an assistant who had this quick of an impact outside his position since Tosh (not saying he's Tosh, don't twist). So who else does he get us in on that we weren't expecting before?
I already predicted he pulls Jamarillo and eventually Lenzy (if Bryan Kelly gets fired this year, though the early signing period could throw a wrench in that). Anybody else from Oregon he could be targeting, or other kids he was recruiting at Oregon like Yankoff that could show up?
Culp's the obvious one since like Yankoff he was an Oregon commit, and he's my prediction for next WOOF. I noticed Yankoff was retweeting Culp too so that makes me even more confident in that one. Any other theories?

Im not DDY or Pepsi....but Lubick recently started following Talanoa Hufanga from Oregon..... I think DDY mentioned this but pairing him up with Treshaun Harrison as our safeties would be taking Death Row to another level

Kidding aside, Hufunga would be the shit and a Lubick Lake tag team is a hell of a combo. Having the receiver class wrapped up 10 1/2 months early gives us a great chance to unleash Lubick in other areas, something we didn't seem to do with Bush last season for some reason. Lubick obviously has more established ties around the west.

I dream of a class where we pull a bunch of kids from the PNW:
WA: Sirmon, Harrison, Culp, Gordon
OR: Jaramillo, Lowe, Hufunga, Winston (maybe Brewer, Bynum, Quitoriano)
ID: Yankoff and Togiai
Lubick is a stud recruiter, I think it could make a big difference with kids in OR.
I was upset Bush was leaving for two reasons: 1) He was good and 2) Smith is still on our staff. I would prefer a staff with both Bush and Lubick and without Smith. Lubick was a great hire, though. -
