@Dennis_DeYoung @Tequilla @CokeGreaterThanPepsi are you guys counting Trey Lowe as the 3rd receiver? or are you expecting uw to go after mike wilson or chase williams still?

Well according to Biggins Spiker committed because Lowe took the second WR spot and he wanted the last one. Not sure that means they won't take anyone else but they can damn sure be selective from here.

Spiker is the best WR outside of Osborne on the West Coast IMO... absolutely filthy

Spiker and Ty Jones will be scoring a lot of TDs at UW. If Spiker has the speed, I see Spiker as a potential 1st-2nd round NFL pick. Jones and Spiker catch everything thrown near them. +2 games type of guy.
I'd like to see the Huskies get WR Chase Williams too tho.
Now the coaches can focus on the OL recruiting. -
-
To me (and I said this back in December) Spiker and Osborne are if not the two best WRs on the west coast, they are two of the top 4. Personally I like them both just as much if not more than Amon-Ra and Jalen Hall. This is a fucking absolute haul.
So they are obviously saying Lowe is going to be a WR but I just don't really see that, it seems to be kind of a waste when I think he could be a great running back and we could likely get another WR that is better than him (Wilson). But that's just me.
But regardless, what a fucking start. And now we can focus on OL and defense and shit, and we have a 5 star QB helping to recruit in our back pocket now too instead of guys like DBG and Haener, that's a real boost to recruiting. -
I just knew when Eklund said UW was moving on that Spiker was in the bag.
-
Eklund is just not built for serious tbs'ing. Sad.CuntWaffle said:I just knew when Eklund said UW was moving on that Spiker was in the bag.
He didn't realize that the reason UW had cooled on chase Williams is because he wasn't in their top 6 WRs most likely. He also thinks that Allen and Amon-ra are better than Spiker (because scout ranks them higher).
So when he got wind that UW had cooled on Williams and was recruiting Allen, Wilson and Amon-ra he thought it meant that maybe UW didn't like Spiker as much because why would they go on Allen, Wilson and Amon-ra?
The reality is the reason they went on Allen, Wilson and Amon-ra is because the coaches knew those guys were not committing any time soon. They know they had Osborne already, they knew they had Spiker too, so that's why they went hard on Amon-ra, Wilson and Allen because they knew they didn't need to worry about one of those three committing on the spot.
This is also why I still think Lowe ends up at RB, I think they'll keep going on those other three wr's. We will find out soon enough if we get a spring visit from one of those guys. -
Fuck Ektard ... he makes @RoadDawg55 look like he is a savant

I don't know if Osborne and Spiker are better than Hall and St. Brown.
I'd like to see their senior seasons before judging, but if I had to rank them I would go like this.
1.) St. Brown
2.) Osbourne
3.) Hall
4.) Spiker
I will say that Hall has been underwhelming at camps this off-season.
St. Brown on the other hand has been tearing it up. He's been really impressive. Hope we can land him.
Anyways, back to Spiker since that's the subject at hand. A good number of USC fans wanted him as our 3rd WR. We are reportedly only bringing in 3. The same as you guys are from the sounds of it.
Spiker recently ran a 4.83 at The Opening regionals for Los Angeles. That definitely isn't good, but some of that might be bad form though. Not that speed was ever his game. He wins by using his body and high pointing. So, it's not that big of a deal. He's gonna be a good red zone target.
A USC fan that used to work in a coaching position for Spiker's school last year has had nothing but good things to say about him. You guys should definitely be excited about this one. -
Damn Tequilla. 12:42 am on St. Patties day and you're thinking about me?Tequilla said:Fuck Ektard ... he makes @RoadDawg55 look like he is a savant
What's up with you fags and the teen boy stalking references? While the cool crowd was out banging beaver at parties on campus, you maroons were safe at home with your other cuntless friends watching and memorizing lines from Biggins on Friday nights (then recite them the next day after class with same said friends). Then after everybody went home, you'd crank up an episode of "hudl" when nobody was watching. You know who you are. You still post tl, dr references here every thread. Get over it already. No wonder you are 40 and still single. -
I don't know if anybody has noticed but Spiker's QB is incredible. I had to look him up while watching Spiker. He's doing big time stuff. When a high school QB throws guys open, you know they have it. Fuck Dylan Morris, Spiker's QB is better.
Spiker is a poor man's Ty Jones. I hate 40 times but the slow time showed up on tape too. I like him, but the QB made a bigger impression on me. -
Yeah, I don't think speed is his game, but players with bad 40 times out of HS have done great. Isaiah Ford ran a 4.86 at 6'1" 161. Ended up running a 4.61 at 194 pounds, which is fine for the collegiate level.RoadDawg55 said:I don't know if anybody has noticed but Spiker's QB is incredible. Spiker ran a 4.83 as a junior in HS at 6'4 188 pounds.
He also had a top 6 20 yard shuttle time in the LA opening regional camp with over 200 participants last weekend. Dude is really good athletically. -
His interview with Biggins was very reminiscent of Molden's. Absolutely glowed over Petersen and the program.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:Spiker ran a 4.83 as a junior in HS at 6'4 188 pounds.
