I guess I can't say there is no other P5 school that would let a coach go 6 years and still be employed. Penn State and Clemson welcome to the crap club (Although Clemson has Football, and Penn State had the Paterno situation to divert their attention so maybe they get some slack for that)
Jen Cohen is doing what the adult in the room should do. Using her head this decision is a no brainer.

It's UW hoops. Clearly this is how it plays out:
- Cohen stalls too long or gets cold feet and ends up keeping Romar
- Porter doesn't care, knows Romar is DAO eventually and cuts a similar payola deal to the one he has now with Cuonzo Martin and Mizzuo
- Romar scrambles to keep what's left of his prize class, saves 2 or 3 and turns it into another debacle of a season
- Doogs on Doogman and DoogPound whine "You can't blame Romar, Porter screwed him over what was he supposed to do, You know how good we would have been with Porter Jr.," etc
