The freedom caucus(Rand Paul) Paul Ryan, McConnell and Trump are going to frame the debate since the Dems feel hellbent on debate surrender. Pelosi, Schumer and the rest will just throw out mindless emotional barbs until Trump signs his health care bill.

The plan was for Hillary to win and fix the crumbled remains of Obamacare with single payer. Obamacare was always going to implode in 2018.
the GOP needs to fix it. I'll hold off on the hysteria for now. I'm glad the trial balloon was shot down.
Give Obama credit, he wormed a really shitty program deep into the government making it hard to get out. Whether it was on purpose to get single payer or he is incompetent is up to the reader to decide -

What Obamacare did well was put in bold letters all of the really horrible things that come with private health insurance. things that the GOP are now unwilling to put back into place out of fear.
Even if this was the end goal to it, I still think it was dumb. he could have gotten single payer had he fought for it
