His account it absolutely going to get hacked. Why the president uses the same message system as Tweens is fucking crazy to me. Something crazy is going to come across that Twitter account one day and the actions from it could be really bad. -

And if you actually read it...the anonymous sources are not refuting that they did wiretapping, only that Obama directly ordered it (and not Lynch). Going to be an interesting few months...
There is too much lawyering in Obama's response and this to think that there isn't something there (doubt its direct phone tapping of Trump's personal phone but maybe those of people working for his campaign). No clue what it is, but if I had to guess I'm betting it all goes back to the Manafort claims that were based on fraudulent documents in Ukraine and being pushed by the Ukrainian agent working for Hillary...they couldn't find anything so they got more and more aggressive looking and looking and still couldn't find anything and cycled through again and again. And if they find any of the transcripts/information made it out to Hills' campaign...

Of course Comey asked Justice to reject the wire tapping claim.
Under FISA AG Lynch directed Comey to wiretap Trump Tower. The premise of the wiretap was to uncover Russian influence in the election. On January 19th and 20th 2017, The NY Times reported that wiretaps of people on the Trump team were passed along to the Obama White House, one of the story’s authors was Michael S. Schmidt.
An investigation will most likely reveal that the wiretap went beyond the scope if FISA and the Obama administration was attempting to gather information on Trump to use against him in the election, or to undermine him after the inauguration. The investigation will most likely reveal the Sesssions was wire tapped along with others in Congress.
Comey is worried he might be doing time at Club Fed.
