It's true that there is zero evidence that Obama ordered a wiretap. Mainly for the fact that it's not something a president does. There are, however, a few articles out there that suggest that Trump Tower may have been under surveillance by the FBI due to the discovery of a server used by the Trump campaign that was having ongoing communication with Russia. -
