Paul ryan wants his tax cuts, the last thing he wants to do is be at odds with the sitting president.
The infrastructure is not going to be public spending. it's just massive tax breaks for private building. meaning we get lots more toll roads and bridges.
So yes, the stupid, useless wall will happen, and the infrastructure will as well. just not in a way that actually benefits anyone -
