Let me guess: He talked about a wall that Paul won't ever give him the money to pay for. He talked about infrastructure that Mitch won't give him any money to pay for.
Then he wrapped by blaming Obama for the debt and deficit while bringing up how he is adding $54 billion to defense spending to grow the deficit and cutting taxes to grow the debt.
