Gaines and Vea should have big seasons.

Gaines and Vea are known commodities. I'm very excited to see how a healthy Jaylen Johnson looks next year after how he played versus Bammer.
-
Gaines will also be healthy this season. Will be yuge!

I look forward to him gaining several additional pounds by eating a few people this season.

Johnson is listed at 280 and Benning 271 on the official depth chart and could easily see each of them gaining 10-15 pounds this offseason. Jaylen shined against Bama which helped make up for what was looking like a lost season. Really encouraging building into offseason conditioning and spring football. He's still got some gas in the tank.
Benning didn't make as many splash plays outside of the Coug goal line stop but improved as his reps increased. There was and is still is high expectations placed on him and his lack of concrete production has tempered the impression that he won't get better. I'm betting on Kwitchowski and Socha and think he's going make his presence felt more this season.
Those two paired with Gaines and Vea. Along with Azeem and Beierra. And Tevis and Levi. Holy shit. That's a front 7.
