football is a weekend thing

1 Thursday game is fine

Monday night is fine.

Now there's 2-8 Thursday games, plus a NFL Thursday game, 2-4 Friday games, and apparently there will be Tuesday and Wednesday games for the foreseeable future. Saturdays should be more special. It's entertainment and they forgot the saying, "Leave them wanting more."

ESPN probably makes more money showing Mac and Sun Belt games as opposed to horrible poker or a 30 for 30 from 4 years ago, but they are the only beneficiaries along with a few MAC athletic departments. Some people like it and that's fine, but its not helping college football in my opinion.

Look at the stands. They can't even get 10,000 people in that stadium. I'll bet if you took out the students there aren't more than 1000 others. It's kind if a joke.
