Man I know a bunch of NFL teams really wanted him, must have been a tough decision to turn that down!

Timing suggests he was holding out hope for a combine invite.
Honestly, if John Timu can get on a roster then Psalm has a shot too. I'm surprised he isn't going to try.

Totally disagree. Timu was all over the field and always *this* close to making plays. With mostly shit coaching his entire career. Psalm played 3 years for Pete/Kwat and was still the weakest link on the field. Timu has way more upside than Psalm.

Obligatory PGOS post in a Proverb Wutang thread.

Psalm probably was the weakest link among the defensive starters, and he was solid.

    Damn our defense is crazy

You forget that my Bears are a fucking shit organization that at one point made Cutler the highest paid QB in the fucking league. Shit organization with shit managment.
I for one Sir, will never forget.

I have friends who have played with him for the UW team... he's actually really good at rugby. Well, at least a lot better at it than he was at football.

That gets a very rare downvote from me. Timu had prototypical size and speed for his position. He had a nose for the ball too, but atruggled to catch it. Where would a small, skinny, slow, mediocre pass rush specialist like wooching fit on an NFL team?

I know the redskins could really use him but probably not as a pass rusher. It could be part of there re-branding to get away from all those people triggered by there name and mascot. I could really see Psalm giving them a breath of hot air as the mascot for the Washington Fire Dancers.

Psalm would get to a training camp. I doubt he would make a team. You never know though. Timu and DeAndre Campbell have played in the NFL.

Doubtful in the next 5 years. He'll get fast tracked to the high performance programs and likely a pro or semi-pro team domestically in the short term, depending on what happens with the pro league. Maybe you'll play him at some over 35s tournament like Aspen Ruggerfest some day though.

@BuffBuffPass we need to organize a team for ruggerfest asap.
