I fucking hate this poll.....damn you

Jimmy LakeJimmy is leaving after this next season or the following. We can retain Bush as OC at least for the next 4-5 years.
-
Quite honestly, Softy, I don't deal in hypotheticals.
-
Bush HamdanI don't know. Both are very good. Both are only assistants. They aren't even coordinators. This board has become very assistant coach centric.

Jimmy Lake66%? You Racist motherfuckers.
-
Jimmy LakeAnd I went along to avoid a lynching.
-
Bush HamdanI said Bush only because Lake would have impacted 2017 signing and Bush impacts 2018. Since I am only able to care about today, fuck tomorrow.
Its a fucking stupid pole. Its too fucking bad we lost Janet Reno as an option. -
Jimmy LakeLake, only because the great DB class of 2016 is already here and we NEEDED the 2017 WR class to get here because of how dreck the 2015/2016 classes were at WR.
-
Jimmy LakeOn defense we have a monster coordinator who we might keep forever. I can't advocate pushing Kwat over Lake, therefore Lake's loss is inevitable.
On offense we have a weak link coordinator who I would fire yesterday. I can't advocate letting Bush go in order to keep Babushka.
The timing of this is better with regards to recruiting. But I did not expect to loose #MyBush so quickly. -
Bush HamdanI only said Bush because his sample size is smaller ... but obviously, both would be huge blows.

Jimmy Lake
Come on Tequilla, we will be fine with Kawasaki. I do know that we can't be worse than babushaka as our OC.Tequilla said:I only said Bush because his sample size is smaller ... but obviously, both would be huge blows.

I'd bump it up to 3/5thsTokenBlack said:66%? You Racist motherfuckers.

Abundance.

Bush HamdanWR is the least important position in football.
Easy call. -
Bush Hamdan
My reasoning too. Budda, Sid MF Jones and LAN are all going to be top 100 picks easily and only Budda was a top recruit. Then you add in his lights out recruiting and the next crop is should be able to step right in.Tequilla said:I only said Bush because his sample size is smaller ... but obviously, both would be huge blows.
Bush has had one year (granted he couldn't have done a better job on-field or recruiting).
Babushka would be 100% in the pole if listed. -
Bush HamdanI'm dumb and misread the question. I'd keep Bush for 2 reasons. First, we'll end up losing Lake next year, maybe the year after. Second, I thought Bush would eventually force Smith out the door.
-
Why do people think Hamdan would be a good OC? Like obviously he'd be better than JSFS but so would most of the people on this board...

Jimmy Lake
So having Bush as our OC is upgraded. While losing Lake will suck, we will still have Kawasaki who is a fucking genius.Mad_Son said:Why do people think Hamdan would be a good OC? Like obviously he'd be better than JSFS but so would most of the people on this board...

Because we've seen him do two things - coach WR's and recruit - and he's badass at both of those. It's not unreasonable to think he could take the next step. He seems to pay attention to detail and really think through what he's doing.Mad_Son said:Why do people think Hamdan would be a good OC? Smith hasn't even shown he can be a good position coach or recruit.
Obviously we don't know Hamdan would be a great OC, but I think it's likely (much like with Lake on the defensive side0. -
Bush Hamdan
People that are good at stuff tend to be good at other, related stuff. I think its really that simple.Mad_Son said:Why do people think Hamdan would be a good OC? Like obviously he'd be better than JSFS but so would most of the people on this board...

Just what HcH needs. Another not technically gifted writer. . .CFetters_Nacho_Lover said:I'm dumb and misread the question. I'd keep Bush for 2 reasons. First, we'll end up losing Lake next year, maybe the year after. Second, I thought Bush would eventually force Smith out the door.

Bush Hamdan
Familiarity with the offense, not much of a transition, and he has to be better than Smith.Mad_Son said:Why do people think Hamdan would be a good OC? Like obviously he'd be better than JSFS but so would most of the people on this board...
He also could be a pass happy piece of shit like 90% of former QB's are.
