Just My Thoughts

That said, my Gawd, people, what WILL it take to please you? Sorry that Chris Petersen, in his THIRD season, only takes this program to the Final Four, and as many wins in a season as this progam has EVER achieved.
Would winning a National Championship be the crucible? Or must it be back-to-back? Would winning the Pac 12 8 out of 10 years do it? An undefeated season? Would signing ten 5 stars make the statement? Not wishing to be combative, just really curious what it takes for Chris Petersen to earn your respect?

Thanks, but this is a total doogman post. Nearly everyone here (at least that I can think of) "respects" Chris Petersen. Everyone here celebrated the conference championship, and people love Pete, Kwiatlowski, Lake, Hamden, and nearly every other assistant coach.ITrustTheCoachesDawg said:I suspect there is a disproportionate percentage of negative people whom post on this board. Maybe it's an outlet you cannot otherwise find. You sure are entitled to your opinions, and all are welcome and interesting.

But the people here also don't hold back on BLUNTLY identifying those areas that still may keep us from consistently being an elite team.
For example, even Petersen said, "the most important factor in UW reaching the top is recruiting and developing great DLs." So, if we lose marlon in the final two weeks and get guys we could've had all along, people are going to complain. If our OLs are largely Plan B guys, people are going to point it out. If we throw too many bubble screens, abandon the run too early, or fail to get edge pressure on the opposing QB, people are going to shout.
That's the great quality of this site. People don't want to simply hold hands and sing kumbiya because they lack passion, intelligence, or the mods threaten them with banishment. They want to be great. -

You definitely belong on a place like uwdoogpound or something similar. Nearly everyone here really likes Pete and loves our defensive staff. They have us in a place we haven't remotely orbited since 2000. That does not make them above criticism at times.
Go away.
edit: oh it's a woosh. got me -
Lol this is going to be such a good troll handle.
Already got Passion to bite. My guess is Boobs is going to have his head explode from this one. -
Mods ban this fool. Probably a cuog or duck troll.

I'm surprised none of you said "you write like a chick, do you take it in the ass?"

The moment He lost more games then Gil Dobie I knew it was all down hill for Coach PEte at UW.
Yes I use Dobie's success as the base of my expectations for UW each season. It has been a long time since i wasn't miserable. -
