    A: It's an Executive Order, He don't need no fucking Congrefs.

    B: Hardly Anyone on either side of the aisle endorsed him for President.

    The Democrats allegedly up in arms are doing their jobs. The Republicans allegedly up in arms are hedging their bets that his policies won't be well received and his approval ratings won't be high enough for them to hitch their wagon to come re-election time.

    Who cares what a do nothing Congress thinks?
