Back when a dual CD album cost double I had to mow a fuck ton of lawns to buy Melancholy and the Infinite Sadness.

Incubus is a solid, underrated choice. 311 is more of a guilty pleasure than a good band. Modest Mouse is good, but the singer can be grating after listening to more than a few songs.

Deftones were my first band out. Around the Fur and My Own Summer has some great songs, but overall they only had one album that was amazing cover to cover and needed Maynard to help. The self title was is the same mold as the first two and after that it was like or two listenable songs with shit. I still love them though.

    Kid Rock is the GOAT.

If you hate him, you hate America.

Holy fuck... I read 6 pages of this thread and not 1 huge Metalhead on it...
I went to Highschool in early '90's when UW was winning rose bowls and sharing Nat'l titles when grunge was huge in Seattle... Fuck that gay ass trendy grunge shit.... Some of the best Metal concerts I saw live were in that era... Best music ever. Glad I finally saw a Slayer shout out by Doog. Slayer is some of the best shit I've ever seen live. Fuck they jam. Also, has anyone on this board ever heard the Melvins? Holy shit. Just as good as every band on this thread.

    1. Pantera
    2. Slayer
    3. Sabbath
    4. Melvins
    5. Sepultura

HM: White Zombie, Megadeth, Tool, Chains

I see old metallica gets some love on this bored. While their pre-black shit was good.... Those fags cutting their hair and going commercial keeps them out of the other votes. I doubt I can name 3 of their gay songs after the black album. I'm actually pissed I know 2 of them.
