Could someone please explain. . .

a top-notch OC and give up play calling.
We already have, allegedly, a top-tier DC and staff.
If we go out and hire a top-tier OC and he does the play calling,
could someone please explain why the fuck would we still need Sark?
Seriously, what would he contribute to merit a near $3M salary?
I just don't get it.

Doogs are fucking stupid and in their own stupid world they feel you have to be loyal to the head coach no matter what to be a "true" fan. It's all right to bash on previous coaches, previous players, hell current players, other assistants but if you bash the head coach then you aren't a real fan.
Then the minute Sark is fired you'll see a bunch of "I never liked Sark. He didn't do this or didn't do that" blah blah blah. -
The play calling can be frustrating, but only an idiot thinks that is what is holding this program back.

We need leadership and a culture that expects to win with maximum effort.
