If UW wanted to be ranked higher than USC, they should beat USC.
That said, to jump tOSU and UW is inconsistent when you look at Oklahomo at #5 ahead of tOSU. tOSU beat OU in the regular season and finished with identical records. If voters are going to say head to head games matter, then tOSU should be ahead of OU.
