If UW wanted to be ranked higher than USC, they should beat USC.
That said, to jump tOSU and UW is inconsistent when you look at Oklahomo at #5 ahead of tOSU. tOSU beat OU in the regular season and finished with identical records. If voters are going to say head to head games matter, then tOSU should be ahead of OU.

I was gonna say...how does Wolf and the guy from wiscy-land put us? at 10? Ranked 4, lose to #2, move to 10? Whereas O-H was ranked 3, lose to 1 and finish at 4? The Boomers beat the team he has at 19 and they move up to 3? Michigan loses to his #5 and only moves down to 7? Wiscy and directional Michigan play each other and you rank them back to back?

tOSU and SC both proved it is better NOT to win your division and skip playing that extra game.
