In Hillary's and Obama's case there is the whole email debacle. Quid pro quo for donors, Uranium One, classified info over unsecured servers, use of fake name to communicate etc. etc. etc.
The Clinton foundation may well land some in jail. But then it's so embarrassing for our country they'll probably just cover it up. -
