It makes a ton of sense. EVERY dead beat would sign up that day and every lower middle class person that already has a few children but are on the fence about it would sign up.

I think it should only be $5k, but realize you lose all of the lower middle class people. Either way it would save a fortune in the long run.

It'll never happen because a) do gooders will whine and call it fascism and b) the one percent desperately wants a large mass of people they can control
