A portion of the state's expense generally is reimbursed by the federal government, Hayhoe said. The percentage varies depending on individual circumstances, but it can cover up to 95% of allowable charges.

    Thanks Obama.

Nice to see tax dollars being spent well on people who apparently have all these rights behind bars.

What the actual fuck? It's no wonder that fucking state is bankrupt. Inmates should only get the minimum medical care required to keep them alive. Especially pieces of shit that have no chance of ever getting out. He should be happy to not be getting the death penalty. If he wants to get fucked, he's got an asshole that should work just fine.

I know you are being sarcastic. But I didn't know a surplus meant bankrupt.

If California is broke, I'm just ignoring Hondas post for now, I seriously doubt one medical procedure is the cause.

The prisoner argued that it's a constitutional right so if you want to argue against it you should probably come up with something better than "they're prisoners, fuck em".

What constitutional right does one have to get a voluntary medical procedure and have others pay for it?

"Healthcare" is a constitutional right and they argued that sexual reassignment surgery was
"healthcare" because a couple quack psychiatrists said so. For a convicted robber and killer. What member of the public could stomp into Harborview and demand the same at taxpayer expense?

They are prisoners. Fuck them is right.

Ask her, I'm not making the fucking argument. I'm saying don't come here with this bullshit it's just a prisoner who gives a fuck nonsense.

And you'll have to do better than voluntary, all medical procedures are voluntary.

Personally I don't know where you can make a legal case that healthcare is a right. Nor health insurance - two issues that aren't the same.

As a country we have decided that no one will be turned away from healthcare due to a lack of money. I agree with this.

I don't agree that everyone has to have insurance, as long as they get care when they need it.

Prisoners have rights. We can't fuck with them just because. I am assuming my adopted home state has decided dick removal is covered for prisoners. If you don't like the law good luck with a one party rule state.

But because we have universal care some people are always going to pay for someone elses healthcare. It just so happens Obama came up with a very retarded way to do so that ends up costing the payers a lot more for their own insurance

Butt here's the rub: "A portion of the state's expense generally is reimbursed by the federal government, Hayhoe said. The percentage varies depending on individual circumstances, but it can cover up to 95% of allowable charges."

Why should Texans and Bamans have to help pay for dick removals in CA? (Like there's many left to remove, btw. Did you see or hear any of that Hollywood clap-trap nonsense at the Golden Globes? Oh, they're actors alright. Christ.)

Why isn't it called Heritage Care? Why did Obama fight so hard for something so shitty that you have to lie about it every time the subject comes up?

    It's all his.

Obama wanted a win. He didn't give a shit what the bill was, he wanted his signature bill. And that's what Congress passed.

Psychiatrists are now pushing the "pedophilia is normal" wagon. Guess we'll have to import kids to prison so they can have sex too. They are all bat shit crazy!

That's why they shoehorn it into the "health care" category, a la Psalm pushing the box into the closet. Orwell'd be impressed.

Clever. FMB obviously means not medically necessary. Because he's a rational human and a gainfully employed taxpayer, versus a pissant.

So if they find a doctor to call it necessary then they can have the procedure?

or maybe he was bought out and this was his way of triangulating and pleasing the industry and the consumers.

He had the votes for a public option. and if some retard blue dog like joe manchin wants to oppose you, you tell him you're going to end his career in the 2010 primary.

You don't think LBJ faced congressional opposition when he pushed for medicare? didn't matter. Obama was capable of doing the same, but didn't want to

I dunno if it's simply weakness. People are pathological. I think Obama overestimated his popularity and eloquence with his opposition, many of whom kept quiet in the face of a new, different and popular President they didn't want to be labeled as racist for opposing. Of course McConnell is not in that group.

In California, yes, convicted murderers and felons are entitled to a sex change operation at taxpayer expense if they say "I feel more like a woman than a man."

Money well spent when kids go hungry and people can't find shelter. Totally legit.
