Time for the D word?

It's their turn in the cycle. USC, Oregon, Stanford, and onto UW.
What other school has hired a really good coach or cares about football?
UCLA and UA are basketball schools. Wazzu and OSU are just small time. Utah still has that mid-major vibe. Colorado is Colorado. ASU just isn't serious about anything but partying. Cal is still too high.
When David Shaw leaves all you have left is three schools. USC will be better than the other two in the aggregate because of their location. -
Maybe why Fozzy delayed his decision.Mosster47 said:It's their turn in the cycle. USC, Oregon, Stanford, and onto UW.

That's cute that you're still including Oregon in the conversation.Mosster47 said:It's their turn in the cycle. USC, Oregon, Stanford, and onto UW.

I don't get the narrative that Shaw is somehow tempted to going to the NFL and/or is tempted to leave Stanford.
Has there been ongoing talk about this?
Or is this just wishful FUD thinking?
