Harbaugh's conundrum is that he's losing to Urban both on the field and in recruiting. He can win 10 games a year pretty easily at Michigan but if he can never beat tOSU and thus, never get to a playoff, his annoying idiosyncrasies will begin to wear on the fans in Ann Arbor and they'll begin to wonder who else they could get

Not a good coach? You kidding me? Stanford used to be awful before he got there, and the 49ers were real damn good before he left. Michigan was 7-5 forever and now suddenly he's a bad coach because they lost the Orange Bowl by a single point to a really good team and lost (controversially) to another really good team.
