A great memory from college; Ty is the coach at UW and I believe Stanback was the QB. UW smashed UA because the Cats couldn't figure out that the UW tight end would run down the seem on every play action pass.
I am hammered in the Zona Zoo and in the front row. It has cleared out quite a bit because of the score. The UW cheerleaders come over by the section and start doing a routine as it gets quiet and I cup my hands around my mouth and yell "Those girls sure are Husky!" Everyone around me starts pointing and laughing at them. I could tell by their faces they definitely heard me.
Fuck, UW had a B Squad of cheerleaders back in those days. -
