One thing people need to understand. Romar is getting some decent recruits, but his continued failure is going to do so much more damage to the program than losing a 5* recruit. Players are going to laugh off UW at this point based on anything you hear on TV during a husky game. The announces, the media are openly laughing at how bad he has become as a coach and a program as a whole.
Just cut the head off the snake, go out and sign archie and lets move on. Archie is the equivalent of CP in college bball the last 5 years. Granted he may not show up, but if you give him some $$$ it may entice someone enough.
4-5 with a top 5 nba pick. Not even LSU was this bad(they were 5-4).
This team is going to fold like a chair as soon as conference play starts. Way more pressure to win, teams are all good other than wazzu and Oregon state.

since j smeeth is worth all the money he's paid? Hate to break it to you, but when UW basketball is winning they turn a profit.
