It's not a team that plays together or for each other ... that starts with a coach.
Calling a timeout at any point in the 1st half and questioning their manhood would have been a good start ... but then again that comes back to having a plan to execute ... or having enough respect from your players that they don't just laugh you out of the huddle ...
It's a circular argument at this point with Romar ... which is why he should have been fired well before this year's debacle. -
