Romar's first 9 teams were basically coached by Roy and IT, right? There's really no other reason why they were good.

It makes you wonder if the 2004, 2005, 2008 and 2011 teams had a real coach they could have made a run for a final four?

romar used to have a strategy. he used to recruit to a certain player. Hel ost that around 2009 or 10'. Then he tried to go half course, stopped the balls to the wall pressure, and also started down the road of horrnedous roster construction. i think was good in those years b/c he has a plan and those guy were a great fit. He just lost it for some reason.
