Romar's first 9 teams were basically coached by Roy and IT, right? There's really no other reason why they were good.

romar used to have a strategy. he used to recruit to a certain player. Hel ost that around 2009 or 10'. Then he tried to go half course, stopped the balls to the wall pressure, and also started down the road of horrnedous roster construction. i think was good in those years b/c he has a plan and those guy were a great fit. He just lost it for some reason. -

It's not a team that plays together or for each other ... that starts with a coach.
Calling a timeout at any point in the 1st half and questioning their manhood would have been a good start ... but then again that comes back to having a plan to execute ... or having enough respect from your players that they don't just laugh you out of the huddle ...
It's a circular argument at this point with Romar ... which is why he should have been fired well before this year's debacle. -
