    Nevada
    Michigan State
    Duke
    Syracuse
    NC State
    Stanford
    Miami
    Navy
    Army
    VTech
    USC
    Sagarin is imperfect but it is generally pretty good and it has the ND SOS at 39. Respectable but far from #1. By comparison Alabama's SOS was ranked 12 and UW's 41.
