As pretty much all coaches not named Tressel who move from FCS to a power 5 conf have found out, its a different ballgame.

And it's not really fair to compare stand up acts to Chappelle. Chappelle's on the comedy Mt Rushmore for me. His stand up is great, and it's not even his best stuff.
