3rd and 2 the Texans RB picks up 3 but the refs spot him short of the first down. He was clearly across by a yard and O Brien didn't challenge it. Went for it in 4th and inches and missed it. Challenged that call and it stood.
The refs were completely inept on both calls but that was one of the worst sequences of coaching I have ever seen. It was beautiful.

Game was tied and Houston was inside the raiders 20. Since the turnover on downs Oakland drove down and scored to take a 27-20 lead LOL!
