Yes, but only after a stern talking-to. Pardoning her will earn him a little good will / gravitas with Dems and have him appear to be a decent man who isn't vindictive.
But it would be really disappointing to see the DOJ rush a case so that Obama can pardon. Obama's legacy is already trashed (as it should be). There is the risk, though, that Trump would go after her which would be bad for moving forward in 2017.
