Cal game postmortem thoughts

Haven't been to a game in four years, and going to last night's game made me remember why I don't miss the experience. Night games in November suck. Night games in general suck. Night games with a fucking Bair Raid offense and a coach who whines about every fucking call forcing official "further reviews" and five-minute TV times-out so fucking ESPEN can show another Cialis or "real people, not actors" fucking Chevrolet commercial making the whole fucking experience overlong, commercialized and plasticized, SUCK.
Fuck you, ESPEN, for killing whatever buzz or momentum or game flow. Fuck you again, ESPEN, for forcing the night games on fans who have to drive 90 minutes just to get to and from the games.
Thanks you, ESPEN, for all the money you provide to the conference and the Cal program. It's auce being whored out to a greedhead east-coast Disney affiliate. And to be truthful, we'll just waste you're largesse on shitty coaching.
A big FUCK YOU to the Cal administration who thinks this is acceptable football. Loosing by 40 just after halftime on natty TV is special. Watching the home fanbase LEAVE! halfway through the 3rd quarter must look absolutely fuckingly GREAT! on ESPEN's coverage, when they're not showing ads of dorky guys fistpumping the fact that they're overpaying for AT&T products. A fanbase will put up with the slow destruction of their traditions if you put a fucking winning product on the field. You jam your grubby hands into their pockets AND put a shit product on the field, you'll absolutely DERSTROY whatever is left of a once-proud program (shoutout to Andy Smith).
Another big FUCK YOU to whichever Cal donors actually told AD Williams last year that 3-9 with the players graduating is OK with them. Pour expensive benzene all over your pathetic smallcock selves and flick your diamond-studded Zippos on the 51-yard-line for all of us to see and enjoy.
A small fuck you to Sonny Dykes, who just isn't good at his job. It's not really his fault; like that special-needs kid that the school admins try to mainstream, he's out there trying his best, which is really all you can hope for from the potato.
Congrates to Washington for being BACK. I expected this as soon as you traded up after Sark. But stay a bit humble, Huskieie fans; you're a Petersen coronary away from another potential SarkGilbyHam.
Nice to meet a few of you fuckwads yesterday. Felt a bit silly to walk up to the wrong group of UW fans at Kip's, yell "Where my Doogs at?" and have them look at me like I'm from Mars.

Only broke out 150dB Football Voice once during the game (1st quarter Huskieie 3rd and long deep in their own territory in front of us), but my throat is paying the price this morning.

College football is a business. Cal has a product. You want to buy it, fine. You want to ascribe some moral superiority to going to a game? One could say real love is unconditional, but when the object of that love cheats on you, beats you, steals your money, takes you for granted and generally mistreats you, maybe unconditional love is immature. Real love is mutual and comes with respect. You keep opening the door to Cal holding their flowers if you want. (Except they never even bring the flowers). For many, the love is no longer unconditional. Yeah, sorry. I have better things to do than freeze my ass off watching Cal get beat down late into the night. Something that most people that went to the game agree with since they left. They just didn't see it coming like others did. But if you find it a badge of honor to sit out there because you want to swear loyalty to a program that has none for you, fine

There was an Old Blue behind me who yelled stuff like cheaters at the Huskies and yelled at Dykes and the refs. The families around kept turning and staring at him like he had aids pulsing out of his forehead. He stopped yelling and the parents let their maggot fucking kids scream and run around
I could tell Cal had some similar traditions to Husky Stadium but they got drowned out by the disco.
Whatever.
