Here's why the PAC is viewed poorly this year:
Wazzu lost to Eastern Washington and Boise State
Oregon State lost to Minnesota and Boise State
Oregon lost to Nebraska
Cal lost to San Diego St ... beat Texas
Stanford beat Kansas St and Notre Dame (doesn't pass the eye test)
USC got crushed by Alabama
UCLA lost to Texas A&M
Arizona lost to BYU
Arizona State beat Texas Tech in one of the sloppiest football games ever
Utah beat BYU
Colorado lost to Michigan
Not a lot of wins there ... and there's your reasoning -
I'm ok with the Boise losses, because that's not a bad team. The Eastern and Bama losses though really look bad.
