I'd probably be showing up between 4 and 5 at Kip's with my middle son, the one who wants to see me act like an ass around Cal fans. The pep rally on Sproul Plaza starts at 6, then I like to walk with the Band through campus up to the stadium. Certainly my favorite part of the gameday experience now that the football is mediocre. That, and hitting In-N-Out like a fiend on the way home
