I usually enjoy Wilner's stuff. But he's even got 2-loss Wisco ahead of UW. For comparison, note that the guy who covers Wisco every day has them 8th.

Look at that grid and look at UNC. They are as high as 10 and as low as 25 and everywhere in between. One guy doesn't even have them on his pole.
