* Paging @dogfuckdouchecanoe *89ute said:Honestly didn't know what to expect today but I felt there was a good chance we'd give you a hell of a game. If we can keep winning we can meet again in December. Okay, so Troy can't throw, you told me so ... but as you can see, we can do okay with an adequate QB. As long as we keep winning I'll probably hang around here with you dog fuck douchecanoes, you're a likeable bunch.

Biggest thing I underestimated going into the game today was the number of hidden yards that Utah was able to get in the punting game ... probably got them the equivalent 30-40 yards ...
I actually thought Utah played in a manner that really put them in a position to win the game as even though averaging 4.7 yards per play normally isn't great, the manner in which they were able to do so allowed them to grind out a lot of 1st downs and the Washington offense off the field. I was surprised that there weren't a lot of turnover opportunities for Washington (was expecting at least 1-2 turnovers) and that helped Utah a ton.
Williams definitely looked slower in the 2nd half as the usage really caught up with him IMO ...
Utah does have a solid chance to win the South as I'll be interested to see how Colorado handles Utah's ability to ground and pound them ...

Okay, I did it. You fine gentlemen got 25 bucks outta me. After sleeping on it I woke up confident we can win the south and we'll take another crack at you fucks. November sets up nicely for us.DerekJohnson said:DONATE!
It’s been a battle for us to build depth to be competitive in the Pac-12, especially in November. With a bye next week and a Thursday game at ASU we have a chance to get some of our guys back. In prior years we couldn’t make it through November due to mounting injuries and poor depth. 500 ball in November became the norm. Finally, I think we’re going to get through the month without falling short.
Just so you know, I’m not crying foul regarding the game winning punt return. We lost the game by not being able to sustain the drive prior to the punt. In fact, the quick score was a blessing in disguise. If we had tackled Pettis on your 40 you probably chew clock and kick a game winning field goal.
That gave us a 2nd chance with a good kick return and subsequent drive to your 26. We had a 2nd and 6 with 1:07 left and couldn’t get it done.

Our punter will probably win the Ray Guy award, he's leading the nation right now in punting and has pretty much all year. That would be three Ray Guy awards in a row. The punt is out best offensive play.Tequilla said:Biggest thing I underestimated going into the game today was the number of hidden yards that Utah was able to get in the punting game ... probably got them the equivalent 30-40 yards ...

Yeah Utah vs Colorado will be a great game. Also eager to see how WSU does against CU. Something tells me they get boatraced.

I think Colorado wins the south since the Utah/Col game is in Boulder.

I like USC in the south.

They would have to beat UW in Seattle for that to be feasible. It's not.PurpleJ said:I like USC in the south.
