  I'm hearing Utah has solved their homeless problem by actually putting the homeless in homes. Novel idea.

  Tear down Alaska Airlines Stadium at Sarkisian Field and build a homeless shelter. The DAWGS can play their games at Memorial Stadium by the Space Needle.
