I have no idea what this means. @Dardanus can you break this down?

I believe I can be of some assistance.

This might be some copy right infringement on @TheChart

    I'll allow it.

one of these top 5 teams is not like the others. all that matters is wins.

Let me break this down for you all:

What you're looking at is an excel sheet of the AP top 25. There are 4 column groupings:
    # of wins FBS victories - How many x-win FBS teams has this top25 beaten. For example, Michigan has beaten one 6-win team, two 5-win teams, two 4-win teams, and two 2-win teams.
    # of wins victories - Same thing, except with FCS included
Cumulative FBS wins - How many FBS teams has this top25 beaten with AT LEAST this many wins. This gives you a nice visualization of schedule difficulty.
    # of wins defeats - For teams that have lost, how many wins did the victorious team have?
This isn't anything incredibly stat heavy and probably not too much you didn't know. I just find it to be an easy way to view schedule. For example, check out the comparison of 1-loss top 10 teams below. There are good arguments for almost any ordering of the three based on record.

Let me know if you have any thoughts for improving this and I'll try to incorporate it in the future.
EDIT: I think a really interesting comparison is between the (5-2) teams. Tennessee (bless their hearts) is ranked below several other (5-2) teams, but has the best resume and losses. Penn State seems to be similarly under-ranked. Of course, this isn't accounting for margin of victory or anything, but I thought it was interesting. Sorry to see Penn State not respected. On the other hand, always happy to see Tennessee disrespected :)

TL:DR Summary: Washington's schedule has been dreck so far.

I really don't think it matters. The scenario is very simple. 13-0 and you're in. 12-1? Need held. 11-1? No chance in hell with this conference.
