Remember when Pete put a nice littler gag ball in UW's entire team press conference schedule prior to oregon? This was the reason. Don't give your young bucks a chance to be an idiot. Everyone knows the stakes, we all know the passion involved, but going out and being an idiot when you're averaging about 100 yards per game passing vs the best defense in the pac12 seems even at best asinine and at worst suicidal.
