Seems like things worked out OK! for them.DerekJohnson said:Very interesting stuff. Some of it really sad. Whitey really stuck it to the Cheyenne people.

The stuff that happened after "we" went full genocide on them was even worse than the act itself. Imagine being one of the dudes that survived the fighting, had most of his homies killed and then lived long enough to witness the rez life and raping of mineral rights.

My wife was born and raised on a reservation (yes Swaye, I stole one of your women). Her family and most of her extended family are fairly well off, but her grandpa had a pretty crazy childhood. He was one of the kids shipped away to live with a white family for most of his childhood. Once he moved back home he had to deal with racist local rednecks.PurpleJ said:The stuff that happened after "we" went full genocide on them was even worse than the act itself. A small part of it was the Cheyenne's fault. They trusted Whitey's promises and handed over their guns and other weapons, leaving them defenseless as they were herded onto the reservations.
Soon after, they were forced to move from Montana to Oklahoma against their will, but at that point there was nothing they could do. -
This was according to a book narrated by a Native American named Wooden Leg.

Fuck the government.

Let's talk about how mascots are the real culprit here and would solve most of these problems

My Cubs are going to fuck up the Indians.
