The previous four weeks the Ducks had a million little things to work on.
Today, Slingblade told America that the Ducks only have a thousand little things to work on. He also hinted at they had 997 of those thousand things worked out. Of course those things are blocking, tackling, and developing players.
Still, Oregon should be back on top within the month!

Extend Helfrich
-
Helfrich is breaking in a new QB, and trying to change from a 3-4 into a 4-3.
I would advise an extension, along with an upping of Hoke's contract. -
One of my biggest pet peeves is when football coaches, players, and/or fans say, "We just don't do the little things well - like blocking and tackling."
If the game of football wasn't called "football", it would be called "blocking and tackling".
Blocking and tackling aren't "little things". THEY ARE BIG FUCKING THINGS THAT DIRECTLY CONTRIBUTE TO THE SUCCESS OR FAILURE OF A FOOTBALL TEAM.
Fuck.
