So what actually happened was that Fetters was touring the server location and despite being told not to bring any food, he smuggled in a large container of nachos with a gallon of nacho cheese sauce. Or as Fetters calls it, a light snack.
Anyhow, he got tripped up and the cheese sauces container spilled onto a bunch of the servers. It would've taken the engineers at Hover about 12-18 hours to clean it all but Fetters was able to get a large straw and drink up the cheese sauce in less than 6 hours which prevented a much longer service interruption. -
