Baird has never had to buy a ticket, has never made the investment as a fan. He has no idea of the commitment people make to the program, but instead feels they have no right to have an opinion on the staff. It's all the kids fault. They suck.

One of the worst aspects of Baird's meltdown is that he never actually responded to Chest's concerns. Chest correctly pointed out that Sark has had a 5-year pattern of sucking. Baird, however, assumed he was a typical doog caller "overreacting" to just one bad game. The rant wasn't even on point.
