In the end, Oregon was the real winner

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery and yesterday that's what the Huskies did and I smiled the whole game.
For years I listened to my husky friends rail on about our gimmicky offense, our uniforms, our flashy facilities and how they did it the "right way". They only had a couple uniforms and that's the way it should be, they had Husky stadium why change it and God forbid they run our offense they play smash mouth foothball.
Yesterday watching them in one of their now numerous uniform combinations, running our offense with their flashy new stadium up North waiting for them I smiled knowing they had become our bitch. Like it or not they are Oregon football and the tides have turned in a husky nation and college football. They won't ever admit it but that's the reality of it as it is for the Beavers and about 90 percent of college. For a great run Oregon defined the next generation of college football and pretty much everyone is on board now
We had a great run and many schools have become us. What we do next and how schools follow will be interesting to see.

That's the dumbest bunch of bullshit I have ever heard.

Especially hilarious since we? have like two uniform combos this year.

We don't have a gimmicky offense. Hell, we don't even have an identity on offense... We run plays, dammit!
-
Despite the fact that we spread it on them when weren't running triple options and I would equate some of the running we did to be pretty smash mouth, something Oregon hasn't been and never will be. They can't play without open space.
And wearing one of our million uniform combos like... I don't know the traditional colors all year has them laughing. This poaster must be a millennial that has never seen UW football before 2008. -
This. We have worn two uniforms...home and away. And it is awesomednc said:Especially hilarious since we? have like two uniform combos this year.

1) Our offense is nothing like theirs
2) They average at least one new uniform combination per game - so far we've had home and away this season
3) Husky Stadium was feared long before Autzen was
... sure that has all been said before but the big point is despite college football starting in 1994...
4) They imitated us - winning -
