I loved Elstrom.
No lie, my favorite memory in all of Husky football was being on the field after the 2000 beat down of WSU in Pullman and Todd's dad Gary Elstrom (who looks exactly like you would assume Gary Elstrom from Puyallup would look) is running around the field drunk as me on Tuesday yelling "I AM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!" over and over in different intonations like he was practicing the line for a play.
Then he ran by me, picked me up (he's a giant, probably 6-8 or some shit), and screamed into my face, "I LOVE YOU I AM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!" He talked to me in the team hotel for like 5 minutes the previous night.
He put me down and we high fived. Shit was amazing.
