Actually I suspect it'll be hard to pry him away.
He's said several times his family loves the water, he considers Husky stadium the best venue for college football in the country when it's rocking, and that he thinks he can (and has) recruited the kind of athletes who could really help him build a national contender.
Year three tells if you have the right guy. -

He has plenty of money. UW is a great place to coach and Seattle, Pac NW a beautiful place to live. Hell no he won't leave.
