You have no idea the damage Saban did to that program.allpurpleallgold said:
Should have been fired after 2008.HelfrichFamilyVan said:Let's not give them too much credit, he should have been fired last year.

Les really hasn't done much lately (past couple of years). Still would be a great hire for Oregon or USC though because he is way better than who they currently have.

He will end up in Lee Corso's chair on Gameday next year.CuntWaffle said:Les really hasn't done much lately (past couple of years). Still would be a great hire for Oregon or USC though because he is way better than who they currently have.
Corso should have been put to pasture three years ago.

Miles not only won a NC he lost one when he had to play Bama three times. LSU was shit before Saban and then Miles drafted for a decade.
There are no slam dunks. -
Les Miles is a very overrated coach who consistently squandered top 10 recruiting classes. The only place He could go to have that advantage again would be USC. And if I'm USC, it's thanks but no thanks. He'd be a good fit for Oregon, but their AD won't have neither the balls nor the blessing to go after him.

Miles was 5-2 against Bama until 2012, 0-5 since. Good coach early on that clearly overstayed his welcome.

I got you here.topdawgnc said:

If Les Miles would keep Oregon's spread offense, and was able to bring in the defensive line recruits he had at LSU, I'd be happy. Problem though, is that he got those recruits because they wanted to be close to home, not because he was Les Miles.

People forget LSU was a door mat in the 1990's until Emmert came to town and saved the program.greenblood said:If Les Miles would keep Oregon's spread offense, and was able to bring in the defensive line recruits he had at LSU, I'd be happy. Les Miles should start his own used car dealership.
