Coaching (Janet Reno/Abundance)Schedule difficulty?
This conference SUCKS. -
Coaching (Janet Reno/Abundance)The only correct answer is coaching, because it drives everything on that list except the schedule. If the run D sucks, it's coaching. If the pass O sucks, yep, also coaching. ST blows, you guessed it, coaching. It's all fucking coaching and if we go 5-4 this year it's because we have the wrong coaches. The end. Fuck.

Coaching (Janet Reno/Abundance)Now if the question is what I am most afraid the coaches have/will fuck up, it's run offense/OL in general.
-
Browning under pressure, and I mean that in the most general sense. If he comes through, this will be a very good season. If not, it will be the 16th consecutive season of dreck.

Passing offense (Janet Reno/Abundance)
I considered coaching to mean things like clock management since I think it is a given that everything falls under coaching (except for schedule, maybe).Swaye said:Now if the question is what I am most afraid the coaches have/will fuck up, it's run offense/OL in general.
Really the OL is my biggest concern, but I trust Gaskin to do much better without a solid OL than Browning, hence pass offense. I think our receivers are generally good enough and Browning requires improvement but he isn't terrible. The OL is what gives me fits. -
Coaching (Janet Reno/Abundance)Tempted to vote pass D only because of the lack of edge rusher. Against, say, Stanford, Gaines and SpeedSpeedSpeed won't be able to Passion the middle. Any decent QB with 3+ full seconds is going to find an open WR.
edit mad_son is correct. Obviously coaching is responsible for everything, but for the purposes of this poll it means shit like clock management, player personnel decisions, @TheChart decisions (Arizona 2014, anyone?) etc. -
Pass Defense (Janet Reno/Abundance)I voted pass defense, but not because of our secondary, but our edge rushers.
-
Getting left out of the playoffs after going 12-0 then getting plungered in the Rose Bowel.

Got it. Then I stick with running game/OL, because it has seemed shitty so far, but I get the people who are saying Gaskin is more of a proven product than Brownsocks. The issue is OL and scheme, more than anything.Gladstone said:Tempted to vote pass D only because of the lack of edge rusher. Poor Janet Reno form. Should be an option not all encompassing abundance.

P-Salm playing meaningful snaps

Passing offense (Janet Reno/Abundance)Why isn't "getting finger blasted by Rich Rod in the desert" one of the choices? (Credit Swaye; no plagiarizing fucko.)

Just a note of caution guys. Parents of paraplegic jellyfish read this boardThomasFremont said:

Stanford. That may be the last depending on the outcome.Meek said:are any of our remaining games on tv (not including China)?

Run Defense (Janet Reno/Abundance)Stanford might run off tackle right at psalm every time he's on the field

Mathis or Psalm. Wouldn't you run right at em?LoneStarDawg said:Stanford might run off tackle right at psalm every time he's on the field

I would. Victor and Keyshawn wouldn't be able to save him every time.LoneStarDawg said:Stanford might run off tackle right at psalm every time he's on the field

If you knew anything about golf, you'd know that Janet Reno (or the Field) is consistently the best bet and a guaranteed winner >81% of the time.CuntWaffle said:I chose schedule difficulty because it concerns me all we have played so far are bunch a paraplegic jellyfish.

Running offense (Janet Reno/Abundance)Coaching is always a concern, but aside from that, our running game is unproven. Smart Pac 12 opponents will just play to stop the pass, since we can't run worth a shit yet.
-
Pass Defense (Janet Reno/Abundance)
Ummmmmmm.... I highly doubt defenses will do that. The aim for opposing defenses will be to stop Gaskin, no matter how we looked running the football in preseason.Thump said:Coaching is always a concern, but aside from that, our running game is unproven. If they do what you say we could actually be in for a #Special year. -

Again, those LSU and Oklahoma games really made the Huskies better.CuntWaffle said:I chose schedule difficulty because it concerns me all we have played so far are bunch a paraplegic jellyfish.

I've seen nothing from our team yet to think that our running game will be anything special.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:

Fug it. I post my own shit and will not be reigned in to a list of responses.
My fear - not really; I don't give a shit - is that Oregon isn't really as bad as krisvashon thinks they are.
They got a little hosed on some questionable PAs at Lincoln, and they got absolutely horse-fucked on the substitution call that could well have changed the outcome of the game.
I get the sense that Brady is making some progress there and that they'll be competent on D at some point this season. Not good. Just competent.
Can't decide what to think of Prukop, other than telling D linemen to get their hands up on passing plays.
I wonder how long dummy will keep wantonly going for 2 pts. in games where it's clearly not there for them.
I'm not so sure the streak gets snapped this season. Maybe. Probably. But I've got this nagging feeling it won't be. -
My biggest worry is whether there will be tickets available where the students used to sit for my group of 30.
